How long do the cupcake shots last?

     -You can keep them in your fridge/freezer for no longer than 5 days. Since these cupcakes are meant to be chilled they will last longer then traditional cupcakes.

 

Can I get standard size cupcake shots instead of minis?

     -Yes! However, these are just like taking a real shot.... they are strong! The only difference is you are biting your shot instead of drinking it. We feel the cupcake shots are best served as 'a shot', and not as a large item you have to take several bites of. We will always customize your order to your needs but take heed! Full size cupcake shots just might knock you off your boots!

 

What are your store hours?

     -We are only open by pre-scheduled pick up or consultation times. 

 

Are you a peanut free facility?

     -No. Even though we do use nuts of all different kinds, we do have designated equipment that is 'peanut free' which is used when preparing orders with peanut allergies. We strive hard to maintain a clean and tidy work space, but you still must know that our kitchen DOES use nuts, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios.... you get the drift.

 

Do you do cakes, and can you put alcohol in them?

     -No... we only work with cupcakes, so we can make a cupcake cake or a cupcake tower... but no more cakes. 

 

How much are your cake tastings?

     -Our tastings are free. We do take a card to secure your date, and you have 72 hours (3 days) to cancel without incurring a $50 service charge.

 

Where are you located?

     -We are in a temporary location in Broadview Heights, Ohio, really close to 77.

 

How much time do you need to make my order?

     -We ask for at least a 24 hour notice. However, we typically can prepare your order in a few hours. If you need something last minute, just give us a call and we will try our hardest to get it to you ASAP. There are certain flavors which require more then 24 hours notice as well, so it is best to call us as soon as you know what you want!

 

Do you deliver?

     -No... unless your order is over $100. And there is a $50 delivery and set up charge. 

 

Can you ship?

     -No. We did, and it was a hot mess.. literally. Even if its cold in Ohio, its warm in Florida, and we dont want to ruin the reputation of our cupcakes because of a bad shipping experience. 

 

How would I hire a Sugar Baby to work an event I am having?

     -You can go to our Sugar Baby tab and see our promo girls. Then simply email tipsetreats@gmail.com and we will get you all set up!

 

How can I get Tipse Treats to do a promo at my facility?

Do you guys do donations or charity events?

     -Normally, I would say yes, but over the past year we got sucked dry with all the requests to give away free product. We have a few select events we will do each year, however, we are still a young start up company, ran by a mom of two who still has lots of bills to pay. Thanks for understanding love. 

 

How do you put the alcohol inside the cupcake?

     -Our process is patent pending, so we can't give away trade secrets, but what we can tell you is that there is a bit of science behind it and we DO put the alcohol in AFTER baking. We don't just brush the alcohol ontop of the cupcake, but we don't 'soak' our cupcakes either. It's not brain surgery, but we still arn't telling!

 

I have heard of alcoholic cupcakes before but you claim you are the 'first ever'...how?

     -Alcoholic cupcakes have been around for some time now. The concept of putting alcohol into baked goods is nothing new. However, we are patent pending for the method and process of putting alcohol into a cucpake AFTER baking. That is how we have become the 'First Ever Cupcake Shot!'

 

Is it true that other companies/people could get in trouble for duplicating your product?

     -Yes, since we are patent pending, we are the only company who can do exactly what we do. And even though our patent is still pending, we still have full legal rights to our product. Infringing on a patent is very serious, and something we do not take lightly. We have successfully prosecuted in the past and will always take the proper precautions to defend our patent if warranted.

 

Do you have to have a liquor license?

     -Yes! Since October of 2013, the State of Ohio (as well as the other 17 control states) have now demanded that the use of liquor in confections be federally regulated. Auts Tipse Treats is the first company in the USA and in Ohio to accquire this permit! We are so proud to have been able to pioneer these laws and to open the flood gates for other boozy confectionries.
